Vendor Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

By registering as a vendor for the UND1SPTD x No Boxing No Life Watch Party Series hosted at Mujeres Brew House, the undersigned vendor agrees to the following terms:

1. Participation

Vendor understands that this event is a community watch party and cultural event produced by UND1SPTD in partnership with No Boxing No Life, House of Boxing, Borizteca Boxing, and Mujeres Brew House. Vendor participation is voluntary and subject to approval by event organizers.

2. Independent Vendor Status

Vendor acknowledges that they are participating as an independent business and are solely responsible for their own products, services, staffing, equipment, permits, and tax obligations, including compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Vendor Space

Approved vendors will be granted one (1) vendor space measuring approximately 6 ft x 6 ft for the duration of the event.

Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, and display setup. Event organizers will provide space only and will not supply tables, tents, or vendor equipment.

Vendors must ensure their setup remains within the assigned space and does not obstruct walkways or other vendors.

4. Liability Waiver

Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless UND1SPTD, No Boxing No Life, House of Boxing, Borizteca Boxing, Mujeres Brew House, the event organizers, staff, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the vendor’s participation in the event.

5. Property & Equipment

Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment, inventory, and setup. Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Safety & Conduct

Vendors agree to follow all venue rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event staff. Any vendor who engages in unsafe behavior or violates event policies may be asked to leave the event.

7. Media Release

Vendor acknowledges that photography and video recording may occur during the event. By participating, vendor grants permission to UND1SPTD and its partners to use images, video, or promotional content that may include the vendor, their booth, or their brand for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Event Changes

Vendor understands that event details, schedules, or conditions may change due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
