San Diego becomes the center of the boxing world tonight as Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz and Nestor Bravo meet for the WBC Interim Super Lightweight Championship on a card that brings established contenders, unbeaten prospects and local talent together under one roof. UND1SPTD will be inside the building throughout the night documenting what happens between the opening bell and the final result.
The card also features unbeaten super middleweight Daniel Blancas, Mexican Olympian Marco Verde, Eumir Marcial, San Diego’s Diego Luna, Lazaro Francisco Lorenzana, Robert Guerrero Jr. and heavyweight Valerii Tadtaev.

Marco Verde by way of knockout in the 5th round.
Round 4 – Marco Verde lands a combo of punches and a clean left hook at the 2:30 mark of round 4. Verde lands clean shots but Hernandez is eating them. Solid round for both fighters.
Round 3 – Verde is throw off balance with a straight right and is down in the 3rd. Hernandez continues to attack with less than a minute in the round but Verde comes back and lands a few clean shots to finish the round.
Round 2 – Marco Verde comes out slick, as Hernandez tries to land a shot. Hernandez lands a clean shot but Verde eats it and works the body to push Hernandez back.
Round 1 – Marco Verde comes out strong with a calm and composed demeanor in the first. His comfortability allows him to land shots as Hernandez is just adjusting to the round.
Eumir Marcial faces Omar Ulises Huerta in an eight-round middleweight contest. Live notes will be added here during the fight.
Diego Luna wins by Unanimous Decision.
Round 5 – Slower round, both trading shots. Luna is by far landing the cleaner shots.
Round 4 – The round stars off at a slow pace but picks up as Luna lands the first clean shot of the round. Renny fires back but isn;’t causing too much damage to Luna. At the end of the round Luna lands body and headshot combos that slow Renny down again.
Round 3 – Round 3 slows down a bit but Luna and Renny exchange shots back and forth. Solid round for both opponents.
Round 2 – Renny and Luna trade shots, as Renny lands clean shots that stopped Luna in his tracks but Luna fires back and stumbles Renny but it was called slip by the ref in charge.
Round 1 – Luna comes out slick, sharp and quick in round 1! Renny down 2 times in round 1.
Lazaro Francisco Lorenzana faces Marcos Vazquez Rodríguez in an eight-round super middleweight matchup.
Round 7 – Slower pace round as the fighter’s tank seems to be low, as they clinch and hold most of the round. Lazaro lands an impressive hook at the end of round 7.
Round 6 – Strong round, Lazaro seems to be on a steady climb as Rodriguez is slowing down. Rodriguez is trying to slow Lazzaro down with body shots but Lazzaro keeps coming forward.
Round 4- Both fighters trade shots, both landing and eating clean head and body shots throughout the round.
Round 3 starts off no differently, as the Lorenzana and Rodriguez trade shots from the opening bell. As the round goes on, both fighters seem to slow down to preserve their energy. Lazzaro is stalking Rodriguez, but he’s standing toe to toe.
Round 2 – The 2nd round starts off as an all-out war as Lazaro lands the first power shot of the round. Rodriguez seems calm and composed, as Lazarro looks for the perfect knockout with headshots, while Rodriguez is working the body.
Round 1 – Lazaro and Rodriguez go back and forth, in the first round. Marcos landed the first power shot to the face, but Lazaro fired back with a barrage of punches and multiple combos and body shots.
